The hotel is located right in the center of the very picturesque town, surrounded by beautiful scenery. From the balconies of the lovely clean bedrooms, you can enjoy a fine view of the mountain range. The staff here are fantastically friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel like family.

Parking space was a mess: too small and nor managed at all. Most cars just stood there for the whole time which left only the option of public parking area some hundreds of meters away to those who use car almost daily.

The staff who work there was very sacrificing, smiling and very polite. They clean the room every day and we get new towels. It is located in centrum of the town,but not noisy, easy to get into the slopes. The town had many good and charming places to eat, and many opportunities for shopping.

This was a family-run hotel and we feel sometimes they want us to do everything in the hotel, such as: eat dinner at the hotel, always use the bar in the hotel. The dinner was not good and it was quit expensive for that quality.

This hotel was a great choice for a ski holiday. It was located near a number of different slopes and close to the Kinderland ski school. The room and bathroom were clean and well-kept. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was accommodating. The location was perfect – right in the centre of the very picturesque town, with no shortage of shops or restaurants. The facilities, such as the wellness area, were well-maintained and offer a perfect way to unwind after an active day on the slopes.

The connecting door between rooms was not insulated, allowing for noise to be heard from the adjoining room.

Very nice hotel, just 5 minutes from the railway station. Room is very comfortable, warm, with a beautiful view from the window.

The hotel was very clean, had lots of character and the rooms were of a very very high standard.

Smoking on the premises. Unfortunately it seemed to permeate everywhere including into the bedrooms. We are non-smokers.

This hotel was convenient as it was located within walking distance to cafes and shops. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating, even providing high chairs for babies without needing to be asked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a decent selection at the breakfast buffet and a choice of main courses for dinner.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it a bit uncomfortable on warm nights. the rainy weather led to some cancelled outdoor activities.

This hotel in the heart of the picturesque town of St Johann in Tirol was a great find. Not only was the location perfect, right in the centre and in the pedestrian area of town, but the service and staff were outstanding. The attention to detail was evident from the moment we arrived, with a warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The rooms with balconies were a nice touch, offering lovely views of the town. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay with great staff who were very accommodating. The hotel is located in the town centre, right in the pedestrian area of town with easy access to the Panorama Badewelt-leisure center. The breakfast was simply amazing with a good choice of food, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. They also have free access to the local swimming pool with the St Johann card.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a beautiful town in the Austrian Tirol. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town, surrounded by picturesque scenery and a vibrant pedestrian area. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, providing attentive service with a friendly and approachable attitude. The rooms were lovely and clean, with comfortable beds, and I particularly enjoyed the view of the majestic mountain range from my balcony. Additionally, the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options, which kept us energized for the whole day. Moreover, we enjoyed the free entry to the nearby swimming pool.

The hotel lacked any form of air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during the hot days. Additionally, the rooms were small and cramped, and the bed was not very comfortable. The noise from the street and neighbouring rooms was also disruptive throughout the night, which made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
